After you place an order, our representative will contact you to confirm it.

• Delivery within Tbilisi - 1-3 business days;
• Delivery to the regions - 2-5 business days;
• Delivery is free for orders over 300 ₾; otherwise the delivery cost is communicated when your order is confirmed;
• You can also pick up your order free of charge at our shop (see the address above).

Please check the parcel and the product in front of the courier. If there is visible damage, do not accept the order and contact us right away.

You can cancel an order free of charge until it is handed to the courier - just contact us by phone or email. If the order has already been shipped, you can return it using the return procedure described below.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock or its price was listed in error. In that case we will contact you and refund the full amount paid.

You can return a product bought through this website within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason, provided that:

• the shoes have not been worn (trying them on over a clean, soft surface is fine);
• the original box, tags and packaging are intact;
• you present proof of purchase (a receipt or the order number).

Exchanges for a different size or model are possible under the same conditions, subject to availability.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless you received a damaged, defective or wrong product.

Within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product, we refund the amount paid using the same method you paid with (to your card or bank account). Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra business days for the money to appear.

If an order is cancelled before shipping, the full amount is refunded, including the delivery cost.

If your shoes show a manufacturing defect during normal use (e.g. the sole coming loose, seams opening, broken hardware), contact us. In line with Georgian law, after inspection we will replace or repair the product, or refund your money.

The following are not considered defects:

• natural wear from long-term use;
• damage caused by improper care, washing or drying;
• mechanical damage or exposure to chemicals;
• using the product for purposes it was not designed for.

We only collect the personal data needed to fulfil your order: first and last name, phone number, email and delivery address.

• Your data is used only to process and deliver your order and to communicate with you;
• We share it only with courier and payment service providers, and only as far as needed to complete your order;
• For online payments, card details are processed on the bank's secure page and are never stored by us;
• The website uses cookies to remember your cart and language settings;
• You can ask us at any time to view, correct or delete your data.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

• We try to make photos as accurate as possible, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen;
• If you have questions about sizing, please contact us before ordering;
• An order is considered accepted once it has been confirmed; product availability depends on stock;
• Prices and promotions may change without prior notice, but changes do not affect orders that are already confirmed;
• Using the photos and texts on this website without permission is prohibited;
